Codelog Mobile ("Codelog Mobile," "we," or "us") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information that is collected through our mobile application WAMR Pro ("Service"), as well as your choices regarding the collection and use of information.
We collect the following types of information about you:
Device Information: When you use our application, we collect a unique device identifier, device language, app version, and your country (determined by IP address). We use this information to provide and improve our Service, and to personalize your experience.
Push Notification Token: We collect your device's push notification token to send you relevant notifications about the Service. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Subscription Information: When you subscribe to our premium service, Apple processes the payment. We receive and store your transaction ID to manage your subscription status. We do not collect or store your payment details (credit card, bank info, etc.).
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data to improve our Service, such as feature usage patterns and app performance metrics.
Chat Data: Any chat data you import into the app for message recovery is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your chat messages, media files, or any personal communication data on our servers.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
- We do not access your WhatsApp account or any messaging app account.
- We do not store or transmit your chat messages to any server.
- We do not collect location data beyond country-level (derived from IP).
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited, non-personal information with:
- Service providers who help us operate and improve our Service (analytics, crash reporting).
- Apple, as required for subscription management and App Store compliance.
- Law enforcement or government agencies, if required by law.
We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
You may disable push notifications through your device settings at any time. You may delete the app to remove all locally stored data from your device. You may cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy, we will update the 'last revised' date at the top of this page.
- Subscription periods are Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
